The White Horse Inn is a modern 26-guest-room inn and bed-and-breakfast, built 1978, in the mountain town of Fayston, Vermont — at the entrance to Sugarbush’s Mount Ellen ski area. In the fall of 2013, the Inn underwent extensive renovations, with new energy efficient windows and high-tech boiler. Plus, the fire system has been totally upgraded. Ron and Trudy Coles, along with their son Thomas, took over the White Horse in June 2005 and have been steadily gaining a good reputation in the area for the high standards of both the food and drink. The 'restaurant' area is non-smoking and on a normal day can seat around thirty people, though it's always a good idea to book if you're thinking of having a meal!
