1 Tbsp. golden flax seeds. 2 C (280g) of oats. 3/4 C (110g) of whole almonds. 1 C (80g) of desiccated coconut. 1/2 C (100g) of raw sugar. 1/2 tsp of baking soda / bicarb soda / natron. 1/2 tsp of baking powder. 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Zest of 1/2 an orange. 150g of dates (I prefer the inexpensive hard dates to soft medjool dates for this recipe). 1/4 C (60ml) of melted coconut oil. 1/4 C (60ml) of nut milk.
