Apparently it’s supposed to snow AGAIN in Seattle today, which is highly unusual! Joe and I are scheduled to fly into Seattle on Wednesday… at least our layover is down South, so if we get stuck, it’ll be somewhere warm… (What’s with the -999 mph winds? If you click into the link and look for the last image in the post–the bottom left-hand corner book–that’s the best vegetarian cookbook ever!
