Getting Healthy is Hard Work. Saturday, June 19, 2010. I took a little while off (which seems to be about the 4th time that I have done this). After finding out about my thyroid I thought that I would lose weight easily but it just doesn't seem to be happening. I have stopped gaining so that is great news. Now I think that I am ready to start really trying to lose what I gained. I am also starting my training for my half marathon so hopefully that will help. I will try to post a little more often :-).

Getting Healthy is Hard Work. Monday, August 30, 2010. I feel like this blog has been all over the place. I guess that is how getting healthy really is though, huh. I haven't really been following any particular diet lately, just eating the foods that I know are healthy and trying not to overdo it. Getting Healthy is Hard Work. Monday, February 8, 2010. I realized that I haven't really written that much lately other than my weigh ins. So, I felt like it was time to set some goals. I have done pretty well with my water goal (though not in the last couple days). I only had one diet coke the whole time I was on the road.unheard of for me and it was during the same meal as the cheese fries.guess I just needed a break :-) I want to continue to drink water and to make sure I get plenty of it.
