Thursday, August 5, 2010. My First Days in Brazil and Meeting our Host Family. As I write this I happen to be laying in the sun at Minas Tênis Clube in Belo Horizonte, Brazil! It is so amazing here and I would love to tell you all about it but my job is to tell you about the lovely time we spent in Recife. Our national anthem started playing and I was so excited because I didn’t have to sing! After dinner Bruna, Cami and I all went into our room and made bracelets while listening to music. We were unlucky with the weather, but still had a fabulous time there. We did not have any access to the Internet at the beach house so we will begin to catch up with our postings and photo galleries now that we are in Belo Horizonte and have regular Internet access.
