Ever try to fix a technology problem and find yourself going down a rabbit hole of google searches, phone calls, texts to friends, questions on Facebook. More and more questions. More and more possible answers. Trying this. Trying that. And ultimately all you get is older, greyer, and more convinced you are an idiot. And that is a big lesson for HR and mangers in general.
