I agree that the passage of this South Dakota law regarding the 3 day waiting period before an abortion can be performed is a waste of the doctor's time as well as an insult to the woman in question's intelligence and ability to reason. When the constitution was written it was based on Christian morals and if it is not going to be rewritten and completely changed I think Americans should quit trying to find loop holes in the wording to make the unfamiliar acceptable. The article looks at non-defence discretionary spending as a percentage of Gross Domestic Product since 1962 and shows that, as a percentage of GDP, non-defence discretionary spending has not made government less affordable.
