IBM Master The Mainframe Contest. An individual contest in which students can use one of IBM's Mainframes to complete a set of challenges. We are the Northern Illinois University Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). We invite professionals working in information technology to make presentations about the technology they or their colleagues use. We also host occasional game nights and contests. Our regular meetings with presentations are in the afternoon of the second Thursday of months September, October, November, February, March and April. There are no membership fees to join ACM. It looks good on your resume.
