It's Going to Be Worth It.Trust Me. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. M-O-T-I-V-A-T-E, Find Out What it Means to Me. Yep, you guessed it, the writing time. Scott Eagan tried to enforce the idea that the writers who make it are the ones that make writing a priority. They're the ones that make it clear to their friends and family how important writing is to them. He even suggested setting aside at least three hours each day for writing. Three hours? So how do we stay motivated? What works for you? I havent set my a...

It's Going to Be Worth It...Trust Me: Things You Might Want to Know and Some Things You Probably Don't
http://sherrycahill.blogspot.com/2011/08/things-you-might-want-to-know-and-some.html
It's Going to Be Worth It.Trust Me. Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Things You Might Want to Know and Some Things You Probably Don't. I had the big C. Whew! Not a good time in my life. Specifically, I had breast cancer, and my treatment consisted of a mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, and five years of Tamoxifen. Plain and simple- there was no other option. It's Going to Be Worth It...Trust Me: Permission to Write Crap
http://sherrycahill.blogspot.com/2010/08/permission-to-write-crap.html
It's Going to Be Worth It.Trust Me. Monday, August 23, 2010. Permission to Write Crap. To, or because it's my creative outlet. All of these are true, but the real truth is, I want others to like what I write. No, I want them to. What I write. That's not too much to ask is it? But no matter how many classes I take, workshops I attend, or critiques I finagle, I still seem to end up with a steaming pile of poo for a manuscript. I have to wonder though, can you make cake out of poo? Posted by Cherie Marks.

It's Going to Be Worth It...Trust Me: #TISHS--Things I Should Have Said
http://sherrycahill.blogspot.com/2015/06/tishs-things-i-should-have-said.html
It's Going to Be Worth It.Trust Me. Friday, June 19, 2015. TISHS- Things I Should Have Said. Hindsight is 20/20. This is what I should have said to the interviewer today. Maybe I am a little "Pie in the Sky" optimistic and idealistic, but I'd rather be that than pessimistic and 'realistic.' Without a little idealism, where would you get the vision to make the change you desire? That takes a little bit of idealistic thinking. So, I wish you the best at finding exactly what you're looking for. It's Only a ...
