Here is one thing I have learned in the last year - baking makes me happy. It is like therapy for me and it is something I have control over, yet can be creative with. Plus, I love making people happy and let's face it - cupcakes make people happy. It is individual pieces of happiness. I have NO idea why and I wish I could share with more people. So, here goes . . .

Sunday, March 29, 2009. Perhaps inspired by V for Vendetta which we watched recently, I decided to make us Eggies in a Basket and bacon (mmm, bacon).
