One of the things I'm finding on this journey is that there are a number of fundamental widely-held (possibly universal) truths that span religion/spiritual/philosophical boundaries. Although they are often explored with different words, and one practice might address a part of a truth while another addresses a different part, these widely-held truths are. well, widely-held.
