Cooking with John B. Cheffy plating brunchytoasties :-). Posted on February 12, 2016. Took most of the afternoon but I managed to make some triple cooked chips from the Heston at Home book. Think I overdid the first stage where you simmer them a bit, next time will be a bit more gentle and do that stage for a shorter time - I lost quite a lot of the chips at that stage as they were falling apart. Saturday, May 11, 2013. Mom's Delicious Zucchini Bread. 2 cups shredded zucchini. 8oz crushed pineapple - drained. 2 t baking soda. 1 1/2 t ground cinnamon. 1/2 t baking soda. Combine ingredients, pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
