Thai Coconut Shrimp and Basil Curry. May 18, 2015. If you like Thai food I strongly urge you to try this recipe. It is so delicious and you won’t believe how quick and easy it is to make! It’s drinkable. Seriously, it’s so good. I’m almost embarrassed to say that we never have much left over when I make this.
