Dinuguan (Dinardaraan in Ilocano language). Is considered, by some, as an exotic food because it is unusual or strange to eat pig's blood but I find it traditional and delicious Filipino dish. Basically it consist of pig's meat stewed in its own blood. Variation of Dinuguan dish depends on what parts of the pig you are going to use. 1 kilo of pork (fats included), cut in strips. 3 cups pig’s blood. 1 bulb onion, chopped. 5 cloves of garlic, chopped. 3 pieces long green peppers. 1 tablespoon of sugar.
