Whether it’s white, garbanzo, pinto or black. Beans are always great to have on hand to make a dip or add into a dish as a healthy protein. Throw a can of white beans into your food processor or blender with olive oil and garlic. Spicy White Bean Dip. 1 15oz can of white beans (rinsed and drained). 1 Tbsp olive oil.

Here’s what the true color of the beet looks like after you peel off the outer skin. Isn’t that beautiful? I can see why beets were used to dye fabric.

Parmesan and Pepper Crisps. October 26, 2016. Parmesan and Pepper Crisps. 100g Parmesan, finely grated. 100g Chedder, grated. Heat the oven to 170C and line a baking tray (25cm x 35cm) with greaseproof paper. Mix the cheeses with the ground almonds and then spread the mixture out evenly over the baking tray.
