The trains are great in the US and this was no exception. Reasonably priced, comfy seats and not too crowded. We took a tram ride around Milwaukee after lunch at a nice roadside cafe. We continued on down Mag Mile to the river where we took a river tour at 1.30. This was excellent and very informative. The architecture and the history of the city was explained by a young student working his way through college. We ended up at Timothy O’Tooles for a few beers (him) and then back to the hotel via the 7Eleven for hotdogs and soup. View my complete profile.

Abandoned said hanging and retreated inside. I started peeking at Facebook, Twitter and the like. And time was eaten away. If ever there was a time wasting activity designed to remove hours of your life in a flash - is must be hovering on social networks. I have at long last reached my target weight after 5 months. Now I didn't have much to lose, by many standards. I was just over 11 stone (about 156 lbs - that was the kick up the backside I needed) and am now 9 stone 10 (136 lbs). So I have lost around 16 lbs.
