Times They Are A Changing. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Over a month ago, several ISEP students made to the journey to Togo to renew our visas. We spent some time on the beach on the Ghana side and then walked across the border to Togo. The border consisted of a man with a wooden stick letting people through. IT WAS SOO COOL.
