:tuned in: Fabric Christmas trees
http://greg-shannon-mulder.blogspot.com/2010/12/fabric-christmas-trees.html
Monday, December 13, 2010. I found this really easy tutorial to make these darling Christmas trees. Check out Shanty to Chic. I improvised a little, but all my supplies were from Hobby Lobby. Minus the fabric- leftovers I already had. My friend Megan had the idea to just glue the fabric to make it "look" ruffled, instead of using a machine to actually ruffle the edges. Thanks for the help Megan! It's going to be hard to take them down after the holidays. 10:47 PM, December 13, 2010. I love this idea!

Thursday, July 25, 2013. I have been waiting for this day ever since we found out we're having twins. We had 2 parties planned shortly after our ultrasound. One for my family and one for Greg's. Everyone put in their vote before the big announcement. I only got one good video at the first party. You wanna know, don't you? Then watch and find out. So, did you guess right? Sunday, July 21, 2013. We be moving, yo. It's been kind of a whirlwind around here! It will also be good to get the kids familiar with ...

:tuned in: Fashion post No. 2
http://greg-shannon-mulder.blogspot.com/2012/04/fashion-post-2.html
Sunday, April 29, 2012. Fashion post No. 2. This is only my second post on fashion {read the first one here. I had such great feedback after the last round I thought I would give it another whirl! My most inspiring resources lately are Pinterest and Google. Although they both can be a little iffy sometimes, if you know what I mean. I have to tell myself, "just because people wear that and call it 'fashion' doesn't mean it will look good on me". And let me tell you.Greg doesn't mind one bit. I actually wo...

:tuned in: Christmas is in the house! {a tour}
http://greg-shannon-mulder.blogspot.com/2011/12/christmas-is-in-house-tour.html
Thursday, December 1, 2011. Christmas is in the house! Since we've been married (6 years ago), I've slowly acquired a fair share of holiday decor. And since we moved into our first home (3 years ago), I think I've put the Christmas tree in a different spot each year! Welcome to this year's Christmas home tour. I wanted the nativity to be the first thing I see when heading out or coming home. The entryway is a perfect spot to showcase the setting for Christ's birth.. And the spot for the tree this year?

Thursday, May 30, 2013. Lots of people have been asking how I'm feeling so far this pregnancy. And I have to say, pretty darn good considering the circumstances. Naps have been essential on a daily basis as I kissed my energy goodbye in the early weeks of this first trimester, but overall I feel really good. Actually, of my 3 pregnancies thus far.I've been the least. Nausea in your first trimester! So maybe that's why I'm feeling so great? Either way, I'm super thankful! I literally cannot make it more t...

:tuned in: A fun way to display your Christmas cards!
http://greg-shannon-mulder.blogspot.com/2010/12/fun-way-to-display-your-christmas-cards.html
Tuesday, December 14, 2010. A fun way to display your Christmas cards! Here's a creative way to redo a frame and turn it into a fun way to display cards, pictures and your kids artwork. 1) I took the frame OFF this painting. This snapshot was taken last fall, and the painting has been moved to a new wall space since then. It's amazing how much a frame (or lack there of) can change the look of a piece of artwork. I love the painting so much more now without the frame. Ok, moving on. I can't remember what ...

Saturday, June 8, 2013. 1st Tri recap plus some thrifty finds! Some things I wanted to remember from my first trimester this time 'round. 1} Tired all the time. 2} Hungry all the time. 3} Tired and hungry ALL the time. 4} Hardly sick. Which basically trumps 1 thru 3. Really though, for having twins I can't complain a whole lot. 2 days shy of 13 weeks. Boy, are they in for a surprise. So for now, I'm just making the most of this happy stage and trying to get things done around the house. I'm so in love wi...

Sunday, April 14, 2013. Mason had his 2 year check-up last week. Technically his appointment was over a month after. He turned two, but who's counting? Weight: 36 lbs (99%). Height: 36.5 in. (85%). Head circumference: 51.5 cm (90%). He officially weighs more than Kensie (by 2 lbs.) and I recently bought both of them some summer shoes in the same size (10). The SAME SIZE people. They are eighteen months apart. Craziness. What do you think? The weather lately is just so gloomy and dark and cold, cold COLD.
