Living With CFS and Fibromyalgia. Information, inspiration, and insight about living with CFS/FM. Things I Wish I Wrote. Resilience: Bouncing Back in The Face of Adversity. Written by Lisa Lorden Myers. Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers but to be fearless in facing them. Let me not beg for the stilling of my pain, but for the heart to conquer it. Why do some people seem to bounce back from hard times while others falter or even fall apart? While statistically significant, these results don’t s...

Sometimes I come across an article that I think is the perfect expression of a topic that is so important to living with an illness like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in Fibromyalgia. Though I may wish I wrote it myself, it makes me want to share it with everyone I can. These are a few examples. How to Ask for Help. Finding Your Energy Envelope. Another of my favorite...

Living With CFS and Fibromyalgia. Information, inspiration, and insight about living with CFS/FM. Things I Wish I Wrote. Reuniting with Ourselves: What I Learned From My High School Reunion. Written by Lisa Lorden Myers. No distance of place or lapse of time can lessen the friendship of those who are thoroughly persuaded of each other’s worth. – Robert Southey. Living a Life Less Ordinary: January 2013
http://living-a-life-less-ordinary.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Living a Life Less Ordinary. Wednesday, 16 January 2013. Life's twists and turns. Isn't life a funny wee beast? 2013 finds us taking stock, tightening our belts even further and dreaming big. I have been perusing Tiny Houses, caravans, house trucks and motor homes I've fallen in love with Tiny Homes but think that a Caravan or Motor home may be the road we take. My DH has consented to picking up sticks in about 3 years time and touring our beautiful country with me so we now have a goal to work towards.

Living a Life Less Ordinary. Tuesday, 15 January 2013. New Year Camping Trip. Living a Life Less Ordinary. Sunday, 28 September 2014. Recently I have been inspired by a few crafters who have taken the time to make video tutorials, upload them to YouTube and generously share their knowledge. I thought I'd post some links to my favourite crafters:. Lindsay has masses of tutorials on hundreds of different crafts, I really like her enthusiasm (it's kind of contagious! I watch a tutorial or three of hers at least once a week. Which I am going to try one day soon. For me it means the sa...

Living a Life Less Ordinary: Spirit of Napier
http://living-a-life-less-ordinary.blogspot.com/2014/09/spirit-of-napier.html
Living a Life Less Ordinary. Monday, 29 September 2014. I call this one The Spirit of Napier as it was re-purposed (made) from a touristy brochure about Napier and all it has to offer. Each bead is 15 mm wide, hand rolled and glazed, strung on nylon, crimped with the excess nylon fed back through the beads so it is invisible. The necklace is long enough that you can loop it two or three times or knot it if you have a mind to. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Why "Living a Life Less Ordinary"? Vintage P...

And I know it looks kind of fun, and the end result would be oh, so lovely, but really, you just aren't sure about turning your kitchen into a science lab. Right? Well, I've branched out from making soap only for our family and made enough soap to bathe a daycare center, for a month. I want to share our soap with others while helping provide for our family at the same time. Links to this post. 1 1/2 lbs&#...
