Friday, April 29, 2005. Living in the questions . . . . My sister-in-law is now in one of those times. She has been told by her doctors that her 4 month old baby in her womb is no longer alive. She will be awaiting a D&C early next week. I feel for her deeply. I broke down yesterday at the realization and finality of it. It is all too familiar to me. Saturday, September 22, 2012. Preferably use organic washed baby spinach. Herbs of your choosing (I tried basel, but experiment and see what you like! Pepper, if you like. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the spinach in a single layer on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs. Bake in an oven or toaster oven preheated to 350 for around 7 minutes. Maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less. They should turn crispy and wafer thin. Carefully peel off the paper and enjoy.
