Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Rosemary Chicken with vegetables. Winner winner chicken dinner! I didn't worry about making much because I thought most of the kids wouldn't like it. Turns out they all liked it. Lucy even ate the broccoli! They loved the sauce. So I made it again that week almost doubling the recipe. Monday, April 12, 2010. Almost allergy free pizza. I does have real cheese on it but no tomatosauce. Verde sauce and cheese. It was so tasty I had a few bites before I took a picture. I wanted to document the yumminess. The verde sauce has garlic and butter, spinach, and pinenuts. Perfect for pizza and pasta. Again it is on one of my all pupose pancakes. Me and my Allergies. 3C oats 1/2C brown sugar 2t baking pdr 1t cinnamon. 1/2t salt 1C milk 1C applesauce 1 egg, slightly beaten. 1t vanilla 1/2C chopped canned fruit. Combine dry ingredients. stir in milk, applesauce, egg, and vanilla. fold in fruit. spread in greased 9x9 pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. serve with vanilla yogurt, whipped topping or skim milk. 1 C oat flour 2 eggs 1 1/4C milk 1/2t salt. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Not so fast food. Really enjoyed this dinner. If you have the time it is so worth it to cook at home! Hamburger with my oat cakes. The other day I started making oat cakes for my sandwich and found out I had less than a cup of oat flour left. I could have pulled out the grinder but the rest of the dinner was already made.
