Monday, January 17, 2011. Family Vacation January 2011. A good night sleep at the Residence Inn, and then off to Los Angeles, California. That little drive is long, but thanks to Jed running nose guard, we were able to make pretty good time. All the way from Las Vegas to Barstow there were signs to eat at Peggy Sue's Diner. We stopped in to eat and what a hoot! This one I will really recommend! A bit of a dive, but great food, service and prices. Too much fun, and lots of entertainment for children.

Thursday, February 19, 2009. Last night was the first part of the finale on Top Chef. I have been rooting for Fabio all season, but alas, he made a good run and was eliminated. So SAD, and now we're left with crazy Carla, cocky Stefan, and Hosea (who I think if given the chance would like to knife Stefan in the back). But back to Fabio, I HEART FABIO! It doesn't matter how many dragoon you kill, it just matters that you bring home the preencess. Colicchio. He is like Pope to me. I know how make sausage!

Thursday, August 6, 2009. Saturday was Payton's 2nd birthday. We were lucky enough to have a BBQ at Craig's mom's house and have most of our family there with us to celebrate. Saturday, November 15, 2008. Happy Anniversary to us! Aaron and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend by going to dinner at Flemmings and staying the night at the Mariot in SLC. Have I ever told you that Aaron is the best anniversary planner/gift giver? It was a nice evening away from everything (we did have our little buddy with us, and he was a champ). Sunday, July 26, 2009. Nalani was out of town this week on a business trip so Jed invited me to go with their family to the Spanish Fork rodeo. Thursday, July 29, 2010. So we blessed Sloan on Sunday, July 11th. It was a great day with family and friends. Above is a picture I had taken of Sloan in her blessing dress. I know it's not all about the dress but dang I loved her dress! I couldn't believe what a perfect little angel she was during the blessing. She didn't make a peep much to my amazement. Friday, April 24, 2009. About a month ago my sister-in-law Meridith and I went to Seattle with the boys to have a little fun. While we were there we went to the Tulip Festival in Marysville. The tulips weren't in full bloom yet but they were still beautiful! I'm pretty sure this was Meridith's favorite part of the trip! Chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. That is so great!
