Monday, January 17, 2011. Day 10 of The Shred. I think I may have injured a muscle in my thigh. It really only hurts when I do a low squat or lunge. I have tried to stretch it, but no full relief. Today I suppose I will rest from the Shred. I may do a little elliptical just to get my heart rate up, though. I am also using www.livestrong.com to track my calories and workouts. It's a great tool because I can use the website or I can use the app on my phone. Super easy. January 18, 2011 at 5:35 AM.

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Dreamt I was Pregnant. oh my. Don't get me wrong. I'd be so very excited if I found out I was really pregnant. But its a scary scary thought. Life would be so different. I can barely take care of myself, my husband, and my apartment. To throw a baby in the mix would be crazy, right? Well, in reality, probably not. Monday, November 15, 2010. Anniversary: The First of Many! We had an awesome anniversary weekend. We got to spend time just the two of us all weekend long. We never get to do that because we are always hanging out with our families or friends or the Redskins (bye week! Friday night we went to La Paneterria in Bethesda. It was amazing. Sunday, September 19, 2010. I had some apples that were a little too ripe to just chomp on, so I went for it. Its my mini-loaf stone pan's debut performance, and it surpassed expectations. The stoneware really cooks things evenly and nicely. My favorite stoneware piece is my pizza stone. Whether you are making pizza from scratch or cooking a frozen store-bought one, it cooks the dough so evenly with out any burnt/raw spots. Here is the apple bread recipe. It was held at the Howard County fairgrounds, and a major part of the event is agricultural and basically farmers that have sheep and produce wood/lamb meat and whatnot showing off their animals and having demonstrations on sheep herding, sheep shearing, and other animaly things. Sunday, March 13, 2011. There were two sets of bells, one which are rung mechanically w/ a hammer type thing, but where the 'tune' is played by someone sitting at what resembles an organ. So someone is actually pounding at the keys to make the bells ring. My dad has a former student that works there that is going to set up a tour for us kinda behind the scenes, where we got to go through special doors and up stairs that regular people don't- now this is my type of tour! Now, I went to Home Depot today to get some fly paper [we have a fly issue.it's icky] and when I was there I noticed that they have Christmas trees, lights, and ornaments out already. ALREADY! It's September 21st, over three months till Christmas, it's not even October, Halloween or Thanksgiving yet. Now, I don't like to see Christmas stuff really until after Halloween, or even Thanksgiving all that much. This is just insane. Pictures to follow :-).
