I think it is my body image goal that motivate me; I need to stick to a workout if I want to achieve and keep the body I want. Especially, during the past few months I spent at the gym at dawson , it gave me the opportunity to meet amazing people ( staff and students ). Working out with friends is also a motivation. A successful warm up consists of low intensity and full body movements. The best time to stretch is during the cool down because the muscle are warm.
