I needed something serious to jump start my weight loss and get all the junk out of my body! My friend, Marci, introduced me to the Whole30 diet a few months back, but I really wasn't in the right frame of mind to do it. When I commit to something.I commit! The Whole30 basically consists of only eating meat, eggs, nuts, fruits and veggies! No sugar, grains, beans or anything processed!

It seems like just yesterday Mommy was in the hospital having you! This has been a really great month! At the beginning of the month you started sitting up on your own. You are so strong and can sit and play with all of your toys around you. We have had a few really fun outings this month. It might be a while before we try another baseball game.

He is full of energy and life, and usually leaves a mess behind him. He is super sweet and loves to give and receive kisses and hugs. Here are some specifics of Sam at 15 months:. Weighs about 21 pounds, wears size 4 shoe, and size 12-18 month clothes. Is getting better and better at sign language and picks up new signs almost instantly.
