On Friday, my three year old son took on the biggest adventure of his life, his first real mountain, and wow did he rock it! The mountain in question is Sugar Loaf, in the Black Mountains, near Abergavenny. With an elevation of 596m, a prominence of 413 meters, and only a 5k hike, up and down, it’s only a baby, but when you’re only three years old, it may as well be Everest. And fair play he didn’t.

77 in 777 Days. Monday, January 28, 2013. After Christmas I decided that it was time for the "baby weight" to disappear. I needed something serious to jump start my weight loss and get all the junk out of my body! My friend, Marci, introduced me to the Whole30 diet a few months back, but I really wasn't in the right frame of mind to do it. When I commit to something.I commit! The Whole30 basically consists of only eating meat, eggs, nuts, fruits and veggies! No sugar, grains, beans or anything processed!
