Perfect Weight After 40. Tuesday, June 2, 2009. June Is The Beginning of Summer. June is here and it is the beginning of summer. School is out (or getting near to being out) and people have a tendency to spend more time outdoors. I love sitting near a campfire in the evenings and listening to a ball game on the radio (or on the television if the satellite is hooked up). Summer also brings lots of fresh fruit and vegetables which are good tasting, and good for you. Keep up the great work!

Perfect Weight After 40. Monday, January 11, 2010. At Least it is Progress. When I came into work at my full-time job, I immediately stopped by the fitness center and weighed. I was disappointed, but not surprised that I had lost one pound. It is a start. There are several reasons why I did not lose more:. I only exercised four days (Monday through Thursday). It got more difficult as the weekend came, but I will do better this week. Thanks for all of your support and here's to a GREAT week! Oops, My Bad.

I am amazed that there are people out there in much better shape than I am who insist on parking right in front of the building and they will spend 15 - 20 minutes to get that spot.
