Anyway, I was really desperate for a cure today and she reminded me over the phone to drink the tea "nice and soupy." My mother must be a secret asian tiger mom because I think she uncovered this cure - it works. I'll swear by it as well now. Jerked 95x2 for a set of 3. Pull-ups are getting A LOT better! Matcha green tea powder - "soupy". Found this upscale hotel and decided to take photos. Food as of late.

When I started crossfit the only way that I could accomplish a pull-up was with the assistance of a 6 inch wide, quarter inch thick latex band that hung over the pull-up bar down to my foot; its springy assistance relieved me of having to worry about most of my body weight. I am bringing back some of my favorite dishes from my very first 30 day challenge including my chorizo kale breakfast and ground turkey lettuce tacos. Right now the usual sugar/cookie/cupcake cravings are setting in. I am still letting myself reach for chocolate but that just means that curbing sugar will be harder later. Few goals for this next week. Explore more veggie options besides spinach and kale.

I woke up every morning to a homemade breakfast and freshly pressed coffee. And I got to watch my cute boyfriend cook for me. By the end of the weekend I was a well fed and happy girl. Our time together this semester will be like mini vacations away from law/grad school hell. 1 Come prepared with eggs, cheese, bacon and french pressed coffee.
