You've Got to be Kidding Me!: November 2010
http://ktlucas.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 1, 2010. Me getting Evan ready for trick or treating ( I went as Troy Polamalu ;) Just needed a wig). Evan was a skeleton and Zachary was Iron Man. After trick or treating the boys wanted to check out their stash. Zach preferred to pull out his candy one by one and put it in a pile. While Evan liked the line-up method. Ahhh the sugar high! It's been way to long since I've last posted anything here (sorry mom! We started out the weekend like this:. On Saturday we took the boys to Zoo Boo.

You and Me plus Three: September 2011
http://joshandbritcarpenter.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
You and Me plus Three. Making much of our little life together. Getting a little support from sissy, and snacks for rewards) - and lots of playing outside of course. We usually see my Mamaw and Papaw at least once a week. Sometimes we go there, and sometimes they come here. The girls love it! My parents took us all to Fair Oaks Farms a couple weekends ago. Such a cool place! Like all kids, these girls love playing in the water. Sadly, those hot summer days are probably gone until next year. I think Halle...

The Powell Pow Wow: Training update
http://powellpowwow.blogspot.com/2012/10/training-update.html
In other news, I just devoured the most amazing salad for lunch. Yep, from Subway. You can make any sub into a chopped salad. This will be my new lunch from here in out. I'm stuffed! Time to get back to work! What's the farthest you would be willing to train leading up to a full? Have you ever had Subway's salads? Hubs says never do over 18 miles before a marathon. Its mental after that. He says if so do, do split runs in a day! 10 miles in morning/10 in evening) He is training for Ironman November 3!

http://powellpowwow.blogspot.com/2012/10/recap-of-20-miler-and-misc.html
Recap of the 20 miler and Misc. I have no clue where to start, what to fill you in on first or just dump my phone pictures and let you piece the puzzle together yourself? I'm almost opting for the latter, but I will save you some grief. Let's go in reverse, shall we? Sunday was EPIC. I mean, who in my life ever thought I would crank out 20 miles of running glory? I cannot keep from coming up with crazy poster ideas for my kids to hold up while I run the marathon. She suggested someone have a, "Worst ...

Me on the left in the white hat and jacket and Tamara on the right. Finally the day came and went and now we are on to planning our next 26.2 mile adventure. What a day!
