Half Marathon…Check | Photo Mommy

Married with children Armed with Camera. Sunday was the big day! 19, 19, 1985! The day I had been training for for almost 7 monthsthe Borgess Run for the Health of It Half Marathon. It was cool and sunny, perfect for running. I had my running buddy, Reita with me. We started this journey together and we were going to finish it together, too. 13 miles is a LONG run! The last 3 miles were the most difficult and I found that I struggled the most through mile 12. Here are some more photos! Journey to 13.1.

Finding Me, One Pound at a Time. Raquo; My Plan. My plan for now is pretty simple. I will allow myself to tweek it if the need arises. I need to be willing to change things up to keep me going. I’m eating 1500 calories a day. Drink lots of water, and limit my sweets. I’m also incorporating slim fast shakes twice a day. I use the powder and blend them with some fruit or veggies. They keep me full and it’s easy and stress free and I’m all about that. I use an app on my phone called MyFitnessPal. SW= 310 CW...
