Lost 1.5kg already even so I am digging into my new pre- and post training snack everyday. Tested the new Altra Running shoes but sadly, even so they are extremely comfy with the wide toe box I had to retrieve my old Hokka One One again. A short review of last year on the road shows me that I spent almost 300 hours on the road training and racing and covered 2,750km doing it. Highlight was of course the training and racing of the Sydney Coastrek 2012 from Palm Beach to Coogee Beach. Some great news: The Fred Hollows Foundation was announced today as the charity partner for the Sydney New Year's Eve celebrations. According to the City of Sydney, the Sydney New Year’s Eve is the biggest event in Australia and is watched by 1.5 million people at the Harbour Foreshore, 2.6 million people across the country and 1.1 billion people worldwide.
