Before each ride there will be a nominated Ride leader, a Rear Support Rider and a Support Vehicle. Protocol for hot and inclement weather for ride days. Club will not ride on an extreme high day of 35 degrees. For information regarding inclement weather, contact Bruce Petersen on 5149 7444 for information on the daily ride. The ride leader is to know the course to be taken and to keep the rear support rider in sight at all times (as is practicably possible) and is responsible for setting the ride pace.

Rides take place every second Sunday and generally range from 50-60 kms in distance. Riders are asked to bring their own lunch, and drink bottle. The club provides tea, coffee, cordial and cake. All rides are accompanied by a sag-wagon (back-up vehicle) for riders who wish to take a rest from riding, or if they have a bike break-down that is not able to be fixed on the spot. Riders are requested to register at the departure point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of departure of 10.00 am.
