Wednesday, October 24, 2007. Ok, so here is the skinny. This weekend I have decided to once again try something new. I'm going to try to cut my own brisket (12 LB Packer). I have never done it before but, I'm not scared. I'm hoping that I have more luck than last week as far as the cooking. Saturday, December 8, 2007. Christmas Pontoon Party ABT. So for James and Donna's Christmas Party I decided to do some ABT's. I had to do something a little different so after I was done smoking the ABT's on the smoker, I wrapped half of them in biscuits and cooked for 15 minutes until they were browned. 20 Fresh Jalapenos (Pick the straighter ones when you choose). 20 Cheddar Little Smokies (1 package contains approximately 36 sausages). 1 Pkg Cream Cheese (8 oz.). 2 Lbs Bacon or 1 strip per ABT.
