The Tillery Times: {Keeping Bees} The Waggle Dance
http://tillerytimes.blogspot.com/2014/05/keeping-bees-waggle-dance.html
The Way We Eat. Traditions in the Making. Sunday, May 4, 2014. Keeping Bees} The Waggle Dance. We picked up our bees. In mid April. Since then we've checked on the bees once each week. So far we haven't been stung, the bees continue to fascinate us, and we have been able to witness and record the waggle dance. When the girls come in from fetching pollen, they do a little dance to tell others where they need to go to retrieve more. Take a look. Posted by Stephanie Tillery. Bryan, Stephanie, Seth, and Silas.

The Tillery Times: Chicken Introductions
http://tillerytimes.blogspot.com/2014/04/chicken-introductions.html
The Way We Eat. Traditions in the Making. Wednesday, April 9, 2014. I've caved. We weren't going to name our chickens (and Bryan still couldn't care less about chicken names). We resisted for nearly a year and a half, but then I named our favorite. Since our favorite had a name, Seth and I decided the rest needed to be named. Then when we kept two of the Ameracauna pullets that we bought at the auction. We sold the other 3), they needed a name, too. So I introduce you to. And our newest additions. An Eve...

The Tillery Times: on May 15th!
http://tillerytimes.blogspot.com/2014/05/on-may-15th.html
The Way We Eat. Traditions in the Making. Thursday, May 1, 2014. On March 4th, I wrote about how waiting is hard. By the end of March we were pretty certain that we had found our homestead. It almost feels too good to be true. We are in a little bit of shock that it has happened so fast, giddy with excitement, and beyond grateful that this is really happening at all! So for the next two weeks we'll be packing and packing some more and trying not to get the heebie jeebies. From all the mess! A Gift for Go...

The Tillery Times: Transitions
http://tillerytimes.blogspot.com/2009/06/transitions_28.html
The Way We Eat. Traditions in the Making. Sunday, June 28, 2009. I figured with all the changes that are about to take place I would transition my blogging from more of my reflections. On life to our life as a family of three. While I will still be the primary person blogging, it is my hope that all three of our lives will be reflected more for family and friends. Welcome to our world as we transition into parenthood! Posted by Stephanie Tillery. September 7, 2009 at 7:23 PM. A Gift for God: Prayers and ...

The Tillery Times: May 2014
http://tillerytimes.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
The Way We Eat. Traditions in the Making. Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Seven years ago, I started a blog. It was pretty much ramblings and reflections. On my life and I didn't know how long it would last. Over time, I realized the blog was publicly chronicling our lives. So when Seth was born I felt it was time for a new name and blog address and that was how The Tillery Times began. Posted by Stephanie Tillery. Monday, May 12, 2014. A Visit to Discovery Park of America. There are few places. Try on bat wings.
