Lemon and Rosemary Asparagus. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest. 2 teaspoons cold butter, cut into pieces. Snap off the coarse ends of the asparagus. Place asparagus in a bowl of cold water and soak for 30 minutes. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except butter. Add asparagus. Serve as a side dish. 3/4 cup red wine.

I'm about to give you my moms secret sauce recipe. This is actually true! This sauce is like the KFC chicken recipe. I could sell this sauce and make a lot of money but instead I'm gonna give you guys it for free!
