A look into the life and adventures of a bitterroot cowgirl and stay at home daughter! Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Havin' fun with my friend Tikvah. Me and Tikvah riding double on her horse Denny - that was a lot of fun :). Tuesday, July 29, 2014. Shearing the Llama and Ram. The shearer had to lean into him while he cut the fleece off so that Piquito had to use all his feet to balance so he couldn't kick the poor guy. Because let me tell you what, he was sure trying :). A look into the life and adventures of a bitterroot cowgirl and stay at home daughter! Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Our first batch of chicks just hatched this week! About forty-five chicks hatched. It really does feel like spring now that there are chicks in the brooder, even though there is 4 inches of snow on the ground outside! It is amazing to see all the new life coming into the world. Chicks go through so many developmental changes as they are growing inside the shell - it is quite extraordinary!

A look into the life and adventures of a bitterroot cowgirl and stay at home daughter! Wednesday, April 30, 2014. Pics of the Horses. The horses were happy to have something to do, too! Look at her big yawn! Saturday, April 26, 2014. We first moved a b...

A look into the life and adventures of a bitterroot cowgirl and stay at home daughter! Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Last week I got in a 6 year old bay roan gelding named Rosco for training. I don't know what breed he is (the owner doesn't either) but he has to be some sort of gaited breed because he has a running walk. He is an amazing little guy (well not very little)! I am so blessed to be able to do this! Having people pay you to do something that you love! Her are some photos of Rosco:. Please follow m...

A look into the life and adventures of a bitterroot cowgirl and stay at home daughter! Monday, January 13, 2014. As today is a special occasion - the senior Patriarch's birthday, (that would be Grandad), we are making biscuits and gravy for lunch - well, it is usually a breakfast meal but we like to eat breakfast for lunch or dinner sometimes. This is one of our favorite breakfast-type meals! First make the sausage:. Homestead Breakfast Sausage w/ Fresh Herbs:. 1 tsp kosher salt. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
