As millions of couples across the nation choose this day to express their love to one another, I reflect on the often over-used term “I Love You.” Looking back on my past relationships, I counted three different girls where I told them I loved them. Obviously, the phrase didn't mean too much, because I am no longer with them. A very strange thought, I know. But do you see the two different kinds of love pointed out in the examples above?
