Modern thoughts from modern people. Monthly Archives: June 2011. Well- here’s a full version of the letter Scott submitted to the Star-News Friday (not sure if/how it may be edited for space, if published), but we also wanted to add some context, alternative thoughts and visions to these comments. Give HUD it’s money back! On the presumption that HUD lets them keep the money, council should make appointments to see an optometrist- as Vision 2020 looks like it’s a blurry goal at best. Living Barefoot and Crazy

Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Hiking the PNW: Cherry Falls. This hike is located just down the street from where I grew up and yet I had never even heard of it. But just to be clear; this wasn't so much of a hike as it was a "jaunt". Still a good time, though! Chelsea, hurdling over a fallen tree. Great action shot :). Like I said, this was more of a 'jaunt' than a hike, per say, but we managed to have some fun and get a good workout in with it. Another shot that was an absolute must. Tuesday, June 30, 2015.

It was technically day 2 and Upper Fix day and, sure, my shoulders were a little sore but really the "issue" was my legs. holy hell my legs. I sometimes forget where I have muscles until a day like yesterday. But it was wonderful with each slightly uncomfortable, slow, lurching step :) because it means I'm growing again.
