Sunday, November 26, 2006. So now i shall begin by recollecting about our first 10km race. it was the 2nd link bridge run. Thruthfully speaking, i was rather nervous when i found out about the race. As in 10km seems so unfamiliar then. However gradually as we did more 1hr runs before the race i became more confident. And the big day finalli came! This later became the cause of several unfortunate events. But then again, could I have done better? Why didn’t I push harder for the last part? We’ll see...

I was like, oh. when i heard the staircase running, cause i hate it, and even though my legs went really sore, i told myself only need to climb 3 floors of stairs, like, more, literally 4 sets, then i can run on flat ground . I managed to stay on pace with them for the warm-up, felt that I can swing my arms better now. Hurdle walk was okay,I just had to tell my mind that I must bend my leg when i cross over can already. Race:cross country route 3.7km(15.o2min). I didnt do a pb. And i got 2nd. I was keeping up with her until the 2 stones. I felt very numb and my stomach felt soo uncomfortable then. What made me even more miserable was that HER timing wasnt even my pb. I think that disrupted my rhythm. As in the crazy mental.
