Start-Tri Triathlon Training and Coaching. At the races…. May 26, 2015. Racing season has hit the Northeast in the last few weeks! After a long winter many Start-tri athletes emerged from hibernation at the Jerseyman Triathlon. Zoli Kemescei, Dave Swezey, Tom Whelan, Matt Starr, Mike Tropea and Coach Mickey tackled the tough course and all had good finishes. This weekend saw racers Tom Whelan, Matt Starr and Pete Kavalus take on the Navesink 2.4 mile swim race with some Personal Bests! Run Bike Swim Fight.

Start-Tri Triathlon Training and Coaching. End of March Motivation:). March 28, 2015. We are going to run an age graded mile (together or on your own). You can run this on or off the track. You just have to prove using garmin, polar, strava, other file. I plan to run mine on the track. Once you run your mile, you will plug into calculator below and see who ranks highest (by age and gender) to claim your prize! I will probably run on Tuesday after workif anyone wants to join:). Start-Tri Triathlon Training and Coaching. 2015 Start-Tri Team Announced. December 14, 2014. We would like to welcome the following six members to our 2105 Team. Will race Flat as a Pancake Sprint in June. Will be monitored on Training Peaks (if not already using). Athletes will receive free promotional goodies. Athletes will receive minimally once a month hands on group coached session in the North Central NJ area (cycling, swimming or running). This would be on dates set by coach. Run Bike Swim Fight.
